2 Leases at 14303 Sullyfield Circle

Over 40,000 Square Feet Leased

Caulley Deringer of Transwestern Carey Winston negotiated two leases at 14303 Sullyfield Circle in Chantilly. Raytheon E-Systems renewed 20,000 square feet and expanded 8,927 square feet. Also, TASC, Inc., a government contractor, signed for 12,612 square feet. TASC will take occupancy of the space in February. The landlord is Velsor Properties. The 53,126-square-foot flex building was built in 1985 and is named Sullyfield Park Center 2.
